As the magic spreads through the roots of the school, the danger grows far beyond Cackle's walls. If they cannot face what binds them, the entire witching world may fall apart. When Julie finally agrees to a visit, Mildred flies across the countryside on her broom, and the moment they finally lay eyes on each other after being apart, every buried feeling erupts into a summer afternoon full with love.

A new witch arrives at Cackle's: Sadie Harroway, a girl from Mildred's childhood, carrying old grudges and sharper magic than anyone expected. Overnight, Mildred goes from having one enemy to two. Ethel Hallow, long used to being Mildred's only rival, spirals as Sadie slips effortlessly into the role she once held. Jealousy twists into obsession, Sadie's cruelty grows darker. Mildred begins to feel like the universe itself is targeting her, Ethel can't understand why she cares so much, and Sadie seems determined to tear everything apart. By the end of the year, secrets, feelings, and past mistakes threaten to surface, and nothing between them will ever be the same.

"I need to go." Ethel runs into the rain, into the dark, into the crushing thought: how could she really love me? Meanwhile Mildred is left believing herself unloved, convinced she read every touch and kiss wrong, that Ethel Hallow could never feel the same. Ethel showed her love through threats and desperate observation, but never gave her the words. Now Ethel must find the courage to speak, or lose the only person who ever looked at her like she matters. A story about learning to say I love you when you were never taught how.

Mildred Hubble is halfway through her fourth year when everything between her and Ethel Hallow begins to shift. Their rivalry has softened into something warm and unsettling, a pull that feels dangerously close to love. Ethel seems different too, softer in the quiet moments no one else notices, almost as if she is letting Mildred close. Just when Mildred is ready to confess what she feels, everything changes. Ethel turns cold and distant overnight, as if every gentle moment has been erased. Maud and Enid insist that a Hallow never truly changes, yet Mildred cannot ignore the wrongness beneath Ethel's sudden cruelty, something that does not feel like her at all. Then Agatha returns, and the school is thrown into chaos. The shock is worse when Ethel is revealed as the one who helped her. The betrayal cuts deep, leaving Mildred heartbroken and alone in her belief that something is terribly wrong. What no one knows is that Ethel is cursed, trapped inside her own mind while Agatha controls her every move. Mildred refuses to accept the girl she loves has turned against them. Saving the school is no longer enough. This time Mildred must save Ethel Hallow before the curse destroys her completely.

Mildred Hubble used the wishing star to make her mum magical. She'd thought her mum had given up magic, but was horribly mistaken. Now, Mildred was forced to live With the reality of her horrible wish with the help of a teacher who seems to hate her guts! *writed mostly clean because it is a childrens show, but *very* slight adult themes with Miss Hardbroom and Miss Pentangle (Based off of Netflix's The Worst Witch based on the books by Jill Murphy. This was if Julie Hubble was never saved by the spell, and if Mildred had to learn to cope without her.) *I do not own any characters, they belong to Jill Murphy/ Netflix. You need to have watched the Netflix Show The worst Witch, specifically season 3, for this to make sense.

It's only for this weekend, and I'm sure our young witches and wizards will be up to plenty of mischief to create enough distraction." For once Hecate could only hope that was true. How I thought the spelling bee episode should have gone. The build-up is very canon, after that, it leans more into Hicsqueak. For the curious who haven't seen the episode: Raincloud Hecate has to compete against Sunshine and First Love Pippa. The stress of the event causes some thunderstorms that will eventually clear up to reveal a beautiful rainbow.

Wizards are now allowed to go to Miss Cackles Academy! Hogwarts decided to send half of their students there. What will happen when scorpius gets turned evil by an unknown magic and no one knows who casted it? Only the caster can reverse it, or so they think.

A broom‑crash leaves Mildred and Ethel magically stuck within one meter of each other. What starts as a terrifying mid‑air cling turns into a day‑and‑night disaster: they can't separate without dizziness, magical tugging, or the world shaking around them. Suddenly they're attending every class together, eating together, sneaking around together, even sharing after‑school activities, all while arguing, panicking, and denying the feelings that get stronger every day. The spell begins to fade... but they don't.

Ethel Hallow and Mildred Hubble start the second half of the school year closer than anyone expected. What started as an uneasy truce has grown into a friendship. It's new, fragile, and quietly turning into something more, though neither of them is ready to admit it. When Cackle's and Pentangle's announce a two‑month trip together, everything becomes louder, messier, and far more complicated. Jealousy, confessions, late‑night trouble and the kind of fun Miss Hardbroom would absolutely despise pull them into situations they never planned for. Keeping their feelings secret is hard. Keeping their friendship normal is impossible. And everyone else has something to say about it. Two months away from home might change everything... or break it.

Ethel Hallow entered Hogwarts expecting hindrances to the future plans she'd had. Disclaimer - I don't own Harry Potter or Worst Witch. This is my third story for Froday Eternal Amnesty written for prompt three of table A which is enemy, and the idea of writing a side story to my one-shot crossover where Regulus meets Maud and Mildred on the train popped into my head, but the story is from Ethel's point of view about how in this crossover universe Mildred and Maud end up being her enemy number one.

A worst witch story of Mildred being alone in a frozen cackles... or was she?

When the Mist of Time crosses over Cackle's Academy, Mildred Hubble and Ethel Hallow are pulled deeper than anyone expected, trapped far in the past with no rescue in sight. Forced to blend in among the students of an older, stricter academy, the rivals must work together to survive and hide their identities. As they explore the unfamiliar school, they uncover hidden truths about the academy's history and befriend the young Ada and Agatha Cackle. The longer they remain trapped, the more they learn about the sisters, the school, and each other. What begins as unwilling teamwork slowly shifts into trust and feelings neither girl is prepared to face. Meanwhile, in the present, Maud, and Enid and the teachers fight desperately against the spreading mist, terrified that Mildred and Ethel may already be lost to time. If the girls cannot find a way home soon, they may be stuck forever.
