Jax Rith is just a normal 16 year old boy. Unlike his best friend. After learning his best friend has supernatural abilities he must help him hide or risk his and his friend's life.

He lays there looking up at the sky and wonders "why me? What did I do to deserve this saving, God?" At the end of the summer of 2013,Jake just escaped what could be looked at as "hell." His friend Derek is throwing a party, and is trying to convince Jake to go. After Derek consistently and obnoxiously pressured Jake, he accepted the invite. At the party Jake wasn't having so much fun, until he met Julia. He started off with small talk, but it progressed into exchanging basic information such as: age, school, life story, family, and so on. At this moment, Jake meets the resistor. Julia's abusive and vulgar boyfriend Nick steps in. Here we go again.
