RamGen5
Prologue: The Longing of Heaven
In the realm beyond time, where light never fades and the voice of the Almighty fills the air like music, there was an angel named Ramazes.
He was one of the faithful pure in heart, obedient in all things, and known among the hosts of heaven for his zeal to serve.
Day after day, he sang praises before the Throne, and his wings shimmered like fire when the glory of God passed by.
Yet within him, there grew a longing a strange curiosity for the world below.
He watched the earth with wonder: the rivers, the mountains, and most of all, mankind creatures formed in the image of the Creator, yet fragile and full of emotion.
One day, as he beheld the children of men walking under the sun, Ramazes bowed before God and said:
"O Lord of Hosts, my heart desires to go down to the earth not in rebellion, but to serve Your creation.
Let me walk among them and guard them from evil."
But the voice of God thundered softly, filled with wisdom and sorrow:
"Ramazes, remain where you are.
The earth is not as you see it from afar.
Many who have gone down have lost their light and turned away from Me.
Stay, for obedience is greater than desire."
Ramazes bowed his head.
He knew the command was just yet his heart trembled, for he could not silence the pull he felt toward the world below.
He did not yet know that this longing would lead him into a story written before the foundation of the world a story of love, rebellion, and redemption.
