While investigating the scenes and traveling through the capital, he soon meets Noya, who is currently working as a delivery carrier in the city. She eventually senses demonic power within the palace after one of her previous deliveries. Due to her knowledge of dealing with demonic powers and the Heretics as well, her blessed powers, while he has the authority as the investigating officer and his cultivated arts, they both decided to work together to solve the murders of the concubines help her find a way to return home as she joined the Mount Maehwa Sect as a student. But still, the dangers haven't gone away, as Noya must figure out why the Heretics are in the Seon Empire along with the mysteries.

Anouna's flight experience is extremely odd, she ends up meeting a very mysterious and captivating guy on the flight, and after landing, she witnesses something she realizes she shouldn't have, and later at the hotel she is temporarily is staying at, she runs into a boy who she agrees to hang out with behind her parents' back for the sake of being spontaneous, but ends up getting involved in trouble and realizes that the scene she was not supposed to see is very relevant to the people she ended up getting involved with.
