Danganronpa X Prototype Makoto Naegi X Junko Enoshima, harem or both?

Byakuya Togami already understood the fact, he likes Makoto. He's a bit upset at himself for choosing a male and not a female, but confesses to Makoto anyway. Thinking he'll have the same feelings. But on the other side of the coin, Kyōko has admitted to herself, she likes Makoto. She goes to confess, but Byakuya is already there. Both of them confessed. After that they learn something they didn't know. Makoto scared they won't accept him, but his fear is gone, when they both do accept him. After sometime almost everyone starts saying, "Makoto is my boyfriend.".

This is a NaeJunko story. Junko Enoshima was being bullied before, people always call her "Despair Girl" because she never makes any friends, Naegi Makoto was the only exception. Naegi Makoto was Junko's only friend....Now Naegi goes to Hope's Peak High, with Junko Enoshima, and Junko is now the prettiest model that man has ever known, will these two still be together or Will they separate...

In an alternate version of the story, the academic coliseums never took place. Hope's Peak Academy opens its doors to the elite of youthful talent. Among the new students are two sisters who will cross paths with a seemingly ordinary boy-one who possesses an extraordinary trait.
