But they learn that the Namekian Dragon Balls may not be capable of granting their particular wish. Instead telling the Saiyans of a set of Dragon Balls that may be capable of pulling it off. But their creator is a dangerous tyrant that had been banished from Planet Namek. His name is Lord Slug...
