Somnium Histoires

Imagine that you are Luna. You are 16 years old and your life seems like your life, but it isn't. Everything you know begins to fade before you as a result of your actions. Watch as your dreams become reality and the consequences just as lucid. There is no one to blame but you. You alone caused this. And you alone can solve it. In honour of Earth Day 2016 I have chosen to write a book, but instead of setting it in another planet like wattpad suggested, I am going to set it on Earth. Though, it isnt the same planet we all know and love (or - hopefully not - hate) as you will begin to see. Terra is full of mysteries. Mysterious people, mysterious cases, even a mysterious existence. because of this there are a large amount of people looking for the answers to these questions. ABIS is one of those groups, and Isagi is one of those people. Looking for the answers to murders, the questions of the world even the strangeness of others pasts. All in order to find out just who exactly he is. The strange Ai's living in their eyeballs hopefully help, though they can be quite strange. Just another question to find the answer to.

A story I started a couple years ago and never published. I ran across it and decided to start it again. Somnium means "Dream" in Latin. Constructive criticism is appreciated. Art does not belong to me.

Dreams. They are the beginning and end of everything. Everything that's anything started off as a dream. That's why the Government issued DreamMakers. To begin. Now, people can create the dreams they wish. There are no more nightmares to plague anyone's sleep. All they have to do is change it to something more desirable. It's as easy as pushing a button. Unless you're Rain that is. Rain can't dream, and there's nothing she can do about it. And now the Government wants to kill her for it.

'Five' suffers from a severe case of insomnia, fuelled by a drug-induced condition known as dream displacement disorder. The subject's mind 'fabricates' elaborate scenarios of a fictitious past, and blurs it to their reality. As Five journey's down the rabbit hole to unravel the mysteries of his mind, he soon discovers more than he can chew as he finds himself in a battle of David versus Goliath. Fighting not only for his sanity, but also for his life, and the life of fifteen million passengers on the Soteria Explorer.

From the depths of center of the earth (Xeno Pah), Velia, the original human being, finds a tunnel that leads to the surface of the earth (Maka Amu). Consumed by curiosity, Velia sends her most trusted explorers into the tunnel to discover the unknown universes. When the explorers arrive to Maka Amu, they are overcome by the temptation of power that they could obtain with the accelerated dream motion of Maka Amu.The explorers betray Velia and never return to Xeno Pah. Maka Amu becomes an incoherent dream, controlled by power hungry leaders. Under a veil of uncertainty, Velia must risk everything she knows to travel into the tunnel to Maka Amu. VITA SOMNIUM is Velia`s journey from innocence into madness, where she must face and overcome the ultimate threat, to find truth, become the totality of herself and reunite with her true love.

A story about Fluorette (the main character from Answered Prayers) going through life, to a child to the game. This is my interpretation of the game, feel free to disagree. Also I will make my own ending of the events of the game.

I feel as if being lost forever in the woods would be better than any of this. I guess I'm over exaggerating... but still. It's as if all of this... is truly... just one big dream. This story for the most part is unedited, I ended up changing the name of the story during writing as well but I wanted to begin uploading it as well.

So I made a (non-final) chart of how characters and stuff are set up in this world. In a nutshell, it acts out like a video game, fire overpowers plant, water overpowers fire, ect., and each character has a species. This is why this isn't final, there's so much, so this is a just for now chart to show how this world works. If I sent you this link, congrats! I chose you to be in this story, but I need help on your character. Choose from the species (or tell me if you want something other), or even type, so that I can add you to this. If you found this on your own, wow, how? Anyway, this will act as your guide on how this will play out. Hope this helps you understand The Somnium a little better. Oh, and I am sorry for the emoji use, I used it to help me quickly differentiate what I'm looking at.
