Stimulus Stories

Welcome to my short story contests! I will be holding small contests every 2 weeks with different themes and topics. If you're looking for small ideas to help you expand and make something a lot bigger, a place to make your talent shine, would like feedback on your piece or are just itching to write something, you've reached your destination! We give you a stimulus to inject into your story. Take it to the most unexpected places possible. The best ones will get shout-outs.

This contains unrelating stories that vary in length. In addition to the final piece I have included the draft copies and plans to show how I have developed my writing. Some have words limits whereas others do not.

A short creative piece from a past exam paper that had to incorporate the stimulus "... there are still great wonders to be discovered. We find them not just in the black void of the unknown but in the white noise of everyday life - in the things we barely notice, the things we almost forget..."

So, this is just a bunch of stories that I'll (occasionally) write, that has a 'Stimulus'. Got the idea from the English HSC and Prelim exams from paper 1, section 2. The idea behind this is NOT to write about the stim, merely incorporate elements. I may use a quote, a line from something or, (most likely) an image. You must understand that this may not be terribly frequent, but I'd like to do this at least once a month.(I may do more... just means I have little too much time on my hands :p...)
