He had finally done it... After for so long that he had been trapped in Subspace for quite possibly millennium, Tabuu had finally done it... He had escaped from Subspace after for so long of constantly staring in all life without doing anything to interact with them at all... However, he finally faces a new problem... And that includes on why this 'monkeys' are attacking him and why are they calling him 'Spirits'? Are these the beings that he had heard of that were successful in escaping from Subspace? Regardless of that fact, Tabuu will defy everything if it means that he will forever be free... Not these 'monkeys'... Not these 'Spirits'... Not anyone at all...

Years after the events of the Subspace Emissary, a group of new villains rise to the occasion and prepare for war against the fighters. Using the power of the felled Tabuu's wing shards, they join forces with the classic bad guys, and threaten the entire planet. Can the heroes stave them off, or will the world fall to Subspace once more?
