But in order to resolve the disappearances by death, the agency will have no choice but to find the common link.

Finally full fledged lawyers, James Devine and Chrysalis Starr can finally call themselves a real part of Morix Law Offices. Upon their arrival into the lawyer staff, a variety of strange cases appear to them, all of which seem to link together thanks to the mastermind pulling their strings. The pasts of the two and their friends, Mukuro Erikson, Anton Burke, Yuri Rinko, Niamh Wood, and Aiden Healy, may end up being critical pieces of evidence against the unknown puppet master. But if so, how? With murders at vaults, animation studios, and duck ponds, nothing seems to be connected, least likely to the incident that changed Anton's life for the worse... An incident even he doesn't remember.
