After losing his wife and daughter to the Shredder, Hamato Yoshi arrives in America to start a new life but after living in New York City for a month he is walking to his apartment when he hears a child crying in a alley he investigates and see's that a young boy is all by himself and after calming the child down and getting his name Hamato decided to adopt the boy and trains the boy in the ninja ways. A few years later after adopting 4 baby turtles and walking down the street they both bump into a man who seemed off to them after following the man the see the exact same guy give a mysterious canister to another one of him when Hamato stepped on a rat which alerted him and his clone and 5 other clones of attack but the duo fight back but during the canister falls and breaks causing Hamato to turn into a humanoid rat while the baby turtles into humanoid turtles but while the boy was distracted by his adoptive farther transformation he was grabbed and taken To a lab where he meets a cute girl that is actually a dragon and years later the aliens that had taken him turn him into a mutant that has dragon horns and wings and a tail and he and the cute dragon girl have a daughter and they where transported back to earth where they meet a red haired girl and her dad. A long time ago in Japan you oroku saki Little brother You oroku Hamato Yoshi Grew up together in Japan and you guys were in the same clan long before the clan was born but when tang Chen came Hamato fell in love with tang Chen but oroku saki Groo jealous angry and hateful towards Hamato Yoshi they had a hateful rivalry but Yoshi was fed up with saki you always defended Hamato Yoshi against Oroku saki but saki was building the foot clan in secret to overthrown his master you told everybody from your clan but nobody believed you except one person Hamato Yoshi oroku took everything from splinter even his own daughter but years later you made a fraction called the anti-foot clan to fight your own brother to stop his evil plans
