We used to call each other by our second names, but after all those stupidity moments in middle school and now that we’re in our senior year in high school, I always call him 'Declan' instead of 'Romeo' and he calls me 'Bailey' instead of 'Juliet'." Through the annoyances, screams, prank calls, stone pebbles, food fights, and even dog poop, they must learn to manage the rage between them for the sake of this year's school play, considering their last year in highschool. With the past they had shared and a very interesting present they have, how will they be able to act as the main roles of the Shakespearean play that, for sure will lead them to embarrassment, contrary to happiness and joy of their crazy parents? And how will they fight each others feelings that were interrupted way back in middle school? But one thing is for sure, they would always set up tragedies for one another. Dreams, career, and romance all in one story. Set in the 90s, this tells the life of Catherine "Cathy" who relives the past before she gain success as a renowned Broadway actress and how she ended up fulfilling her childhood dreams. This also tells the story of the people who fight for their dreams with a different walks of life in the city who never sleeps.

Day by day, Ocean and Evander fall in love, spending their whole senior year together. He supports her dreams of making it to Broadway, and he adores her for who she truly is. Until one day, he betrays her by doing the unexpected. A crushed Ocean moves on with her life after high school, excitedly reaching her goals of Broadway. A yearning, Evander spends years trying to find her and win her back. Over time, he goes to a series of her Broadway shows, watching her from afar, thinking maybe she will spot him in the crowd one day. He eventually decides enough is enough and works day and night laboriously trying to make it as an actor on Broadway himself. In hopes that he will land a role in the same show as her, finally getting to mend their burned bridge and confess his love.
