this story is about the time when gordon challenged one of the loaned engines during the early days the north western railway being formed. the loaned engine name litchfield was a LNER A2 prototype after being sent to trial to the NWR to see how his performance would work. unfortunately, the tables would turned during the story when gordon challange him to a race after getting tired of his arrogance and boasting about being the only protoype of his own class. the story was written by J.T the blue pannier tank productions on youtube. it is also free to adapt as long credit has been given to the orignal writter of the story. thomas and friends belongs to hit entertainment/mattel
