I flipped through the pages of the scrapbook, tears filling my eyes as I saw my younger self forever engraved in the pages. Oh what I would give to freeze time right here, suspended at 16, forever young and free. It's true what your parents tell you, life can change in the blink of an eye. Those people that you once made the best memories with, one day they're going to be strangers and that's all those crazy times are going to be, just memories of the person you once was. It seems that somewhere along my timeline I lost myself, lost the smiley carefree girl laughing up at me from the pages. The final photo at the back of my scrapbook was the last straw for me. I looked at that one image and knew straight away what I had to do. I have to find myself again. I have to go back to the start.
