A war is brewing on the horizon, between the Government and the people.

Sixteen-year-old Jay just happens to find herself in the midst of one of these conflicts when she stumbles upon a farm. But what happens then changes Her plans. She tells everyone that she can stop a war that hasn't begun, but in her heart, she know that she may have made that even more impossible.

Max is a simple farm hand living a simple life. He lives on the family farm with his aunt, uncle and his two brothers. But his view on the conflicts that are sweeping nation wide change when a girl steps onto the playing field, saying that she can prevent the approaching war.
