An ancient evil seeks to breathe new life into the land of the Theln; an evil that has all but been removed from history by the Keldrisian Empire. As the leaders of the empire seek to mandate and control the unlimited magic use, more and more people are acting in defiance of these laws, and are faced with the brand of the Skellund. While this brand is a fate worse than death for those in the Empire, it will take the actions of two independent thinkers, and their allies, to try to stop the injustice that permeates the land.
