Now in a small West Virginia town, a terrifying copycat has sprung loose. The same style of killing, but without the perforation of victims, has scared many residents out of town. When a group of friends visit the once lively town for Spring Break, they quickly become the new targets of a deadly serial killer. Can any of them escape the copycat killer?

In a reality not too unlike our own, the hunt for Jack the Ripper was in full swing. However, what if in this reality he happened to be caught? "One small change can do a lot", a wise man once said, and nothing is more true. In this reality, things were different in the Metropolitan Police which would see a big impact in their investigation: women could, too, be employed as police officers. Will this make an impact?
