Bakugo was viewed as a monster because of his personality. No one really knew him.
The blonde finally snapped.
He decided he didn't want to deal with the hate and looks anymore. So, he went rogue. He dropped out of UA without a word, leaving everything and everyone he ever knew behind.

Kirishima was on his way to be a hero when he was confronted by a well-known hero agency, and he was asked to be a spy. He accepted in hopes of becoming the hero he had dreamed to be.

What if you had a chance to do it all over?
