Sam works at the police force on the FBI team. Since he had gotten moved last year, Sam's always had feelings for Captain Y/N. Seeing you every day and working with you makes him trust you. Even your co-workers at the police force see his feeling for you, but you. Being as professional as you are it's no wonder you haven't noticed. Until a day changed everything....
