TW: Self harm and mention of rape. At 13, I was living in a small house in San Antonio Texas with my parents, sister Clancy, and beloved dog Sugar, we had a happy life. My two best friends lived close so we hung out more than I did with some of my family. I knew Emma for about 5 years and known JT for about 11-12 years from when our story starts. 2020 beginning of march I had just finished my virtual classes for the day and I had no homework but to study for my science test. I made some lunch and studied like any good student would. My parents got home an hour later and we went to the garage and we were playing darts as a family when a loud crash came from the inside of the house. My parents looked at each other and they nodded to each other in tears.

{Completed} When we got hurt as children, we went running to our parents, they would scold us and treat the wound until it was cured. As we become older, we realize that the wounds we show our parents are the ones that heal quickly because some wounds never completely heal. Rather they remain as unpleasant scars that serve as constant reminder of the trauma we endured, the strength that we possess and the love we have left to give. -------------------------- #1 in saving #4 in assault Word count: 35000+ Cover credits to me🤍 Started: March 13th, 23 Published: May 9th, 23 xx
