Axe is a government android programmed for war. He is patient, strong, and a leader within his Replica group of synthetic soldiers. He reacts to orders rather than stimuli. 
    
    With no wars requiring android assistance, Axe's last orders are to, "Sleep. Train. Remember." Yet, his commanding officer failed to mention the extent of those commands.  
    
    But Axe listens and does as he's told. His computers latch on to video images saved within his core. Though many are of military training and government news, he finds 'memories' that aren't his. 
    
    He downloads them. Replays them. Again and again.
    
    Confusion becomes an emotion within a bot designed to feel nothing. A confusion that shifts into sadness. Need. Desire. 
    
    All things that set humans apart from machines.
