Laura Terrawater of Crystal Pearl, the first Alpha doctor in the entire werewolf race. She was not only the first Alpha doctor but also the first werewolf to secure an official doctor's degree living with the humans. Damn right, humans!

The doctors in the packs were always the delta and gamma wolves. An Alpha being a doctor was never heard. It was not easy for them to go and study with the humans or roam around freely, the threat being the hunters. So packs and the council made sure every latest information regarding the field of medicine is shared amongst them.

But Laura wanted things to change. Her smartness got her the ticket to go study with the humans. Living with two of her vampire godparents she finally made a name among the werewolves. Knowing her work was going to lead the change to allow all of them to explore the world without the threat of the hunters, she began with her own mission. End the hunters.
To end the ones who were trying to end her kind from moving forward along with the world. She did not just make it a point to save her own species but started forming alliances with other species who had got under the hunters radar.

Carrying on with her mission to educate the packs about other species and about the on-going activities of the hunters, she reached Crescent Moon pack. A scent oh so lovely hit her senses, making her question her own decision. Her so-called mate wasn't in the pack, making it unable for her to focus on her job.

Knowing she couldn't meddle in other pack's business as she was an Alpha herself, she tried to face the torture of the scent by her own. Also who knew if her so-called mate was actually her mate or a potential? Praying to the goddess she pleaded for her questions to be answered.
