My skin sparkles against the sun, shining down on the pond in front of me.
Staring out at the pond, watching the mountains in its reflection, lifts all the worries off my shoulders. I don't need to breathe, it's not necessary for me but I feel as though I want to, and it feels good.
Everything is at peace.
That is, until I feel someone's presence right behind me.
I wouldn't have reacted so aggressively if I recognized the smell, but I don't. Whoever this stranger is isn't a friend of mine.
I whirl to face them, letting out a snarl from the back of my throat, bearing my teeth.
"Easy there. I come with no means to harm," the stranger speaks, his voice silky smooth. He holds his hands out, palms shining and facing me, showing that what he said was sincere.
I can't see his face; it being covered with the hood from the black cloak he's wearing. My sparkling skin shimmers on his cloak.
A sharp hiss escapes my mouth, not believing him. I've heard enough stories of the ones that wear black cloaks and I am not going to believe anything this one says. I'll fight him if I have to.
"You're a tough little jewel, aren't you?" he chuckles. The stranger removes his hood, revealing a gorgeous man with the deepest red eye color I had ever seen.
UPDATED RANDOMLY.
IMPORTANT: All of these character's, except for the ones that I introduced on my own, belong to Stephenie Meyer. This is her world. This is an innocent FanFiction.
(P.S. This is all for fun. And I personally never liked reading y/n stuff, I prefer an actual name in there, so that's what I did for this. Please don't hate too much, this is my first time writing a fanfic.)
(P.P.S Still in need for a heck of a lot of editing, so apologies in advance if you see sudden changes in any of the chapters/cover/title/characters/names/etc. This is a fanfic after all, nothing is set in stone.)All Rights Reserved
