Nothing more. **Synopsis** Béatrix, daughter of the brodeur for Count Pierre d'Alençon has been away grieving with her mother since the Spring. Upon her return to her lord's estate, she finds everyone in good spirits and preparing for a celebration. A mysterious, handsome Squire has found favor with the Count, entrusted with his finances as well as assuming the Captaincy at Fort Bellême. The entire staff of the estate is readying for a party, and Béatrix continues to hear tales of this Le Gris gentleman. Much has been said of this man, but Béatrix decides upon judging for herself.
