This fanfic was based almost entirely on a dream i had once; so the title, story concept and some elements were taken from that (idk why "to join a" is repeated 3 times in the title, it made sense to me in the dream)

Oh yeah btw this story is set post-pacifist run and may contain some spoilers (i know this game came out almost 9 years ago, but there's STILL people out there who haven't played it...which i kinda forget since i've been in the fandom since it came out)

About a week into his new life on the surface, papyrus gets bored and doesn't know what to do with himself now that there's no need for the royal guard anymore. One day he turns on the TV and gets struck with inspiration for his next big goal......STARTING A BAND!!!
