A year ago Zeus's lightning bolt was stolen...which would've been the cause of the next world war.
    
    But Eleanor, Percy, Annabeth & their satyr friend Grover had managed to return it. 
    
    Grover had headed off in search of the great Lord of the wild: Pan, a search so dangerous that no satyr had ever returned, much less been found alive.... 
    
    Now a year later Eleanor, Percy & Annabeth return back to camp only for them to find chaos everywhere. 
    
    Thalia's tree had been poisoned! But how? Or more likely by whom? 
    
    Will they be able to find the culprit & a cure? Or will they die trying?
