Two of the best detectives,Carson and Stella, are now paired up with eachother but theres one issue, they make a crappy team.They are trying to solve the case of a serial killer known as the Rainbow killer. This killer murders his victims that are mostly lgbtq first and then cuts off the genitals as his calling card. With the death toll now at 40, the urgency to find the killer rises. As the two detectives dig deeper , they will soon get more than what they bargained for and whilst tracking down the killer and guarding their lives, they uncover new feelings for eachother and the meaning of their lives.
