Lucy Luciano is one of the many lucky few who were able to attend, and she's more or less the queen of the school. However, some are not so lucky.

A mysterious kid who doesn't seem to fit the requirements was somehow able to enroll into the school, and Lucy is interested in what he had to offer to get in.
