after a tragic church fire rescue in windrixville, arabella (bella) is left weak, forbidden from smoking, and with a broken heart. her mental health went into a downward spiral for which negative thoughts constantly flooded her mind and leaves her feeling worthless. she thought of herself as a rose, and in which her petals were slowly withering away.

all she wanted was for someone to come in her life and fix it all. she longed for someone to call her own, someone she can count on, someone to make her feel like she's worth something. soon, she develops a far from ideal love interest that could either water her wilting rose, or pick the petals off one by one.
