Jayfeather was never one to share his feelings. His blindness always kept him from experiencing the world, and he allowed it to affect him on a deeper level. So when he found his greatest source of happiness, his true happy place, he thought all would end well. But his calling as a medicine cat, his calling as a cat of modern ThunderClan, is forcing him to stay where he's always belonged. But, deep down, the memories haunt him.
