Have you ever felt like the whole universe has stopped time, like you are stuck in one place and feel like you can never break free of its grasps. Well Kurt Hummel has felt like that all of his life, for you see he is the only person out of the closet at William Mickenly high school. He thought that his years within high school would be filled with happiness and fun but man was he wrong, sure there were the classes that the teachers thought would be challenging for the students, and of course his all time favourite part of the day Glee club where he could express himself and feel like he truly belonged in that school. Hearing about how a football jock joined the Glee club, and became his step-brother, Kurt felt like he finally was appreciated but that all changed when the facial slushy's were always thrown at him and the constant shoves into the corner of the lockers was starting to eat at his soul, he was getting fed up with the constant bullying he was facing. When he thought that it could not get any worse a neanderthal known as the popular kid Dave Kerosfsky made it his life mission to make Kurt's time in high school and his life a living hell.

What do a wealthy, studious boy and a poor, "troubled" teen have in common? They both have a knack for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Blaine Anderson had worked hard to build the walls around his sheltered life. He had achieved a line-up of A's, a leading position in Dalton Academy's hottest group, and was the son of one of the wealthiest families in Westerville, Ohio. Not even Kurt Hummel, the "almost-juvie", trouble-finding son of Lima's penniless repairman could knock them down. He's polite, he's successful, he's... everything Kurt isn't. But Blaine's curiosity peaks upon wondering what the real reason is for Kurt's enrollment in the prestigious private school. Consequences follow actions as Blaine slowly begins to unravel the truth about the dark new student. And it all leads up to the one night that could crumble his walls for good.
