Arnold Hatcher, a dynamic individual, likes his weapons.
Disappointed for being cast out of the military after failing the psych test, he devises a plan. The way he sees it is that the whole world is headed down the drain so he might as well try to fix things. Fix things his way.
Various world leaders have come and gone. The corrupt, made matters worse. Those with good intentions were limited or were assassinated before they could do any real good.
