I got down on my hands and knees, the grass poking me and the leaves sticking to my hands and pants. As I crawled through, it felt as though I was entering a forbidden castle...one that hadn't been entered in years. I stood up and brushed the leaves and grass from my clothes. WARNING: Later in the story, MC will become an antihero, slightly manipulative and calculating. He will keep remnants of his previous personality, just toned down a bit.

A simple poem of mine that I wrote for the main purpose of enjoyment, which is why I ended it so loosely. Not meant to be taken too seriously as in "I support plant life completely! Don't hurt the trees!" I mean, I see how we use trees for paper and plant life for curing disease and such and how it benefits us in a man-made way, but this is pretty much showing how it is also essential to life in a "Don't bother it." type of way.
