I have diagnosed GAD. Here, it'll primarily manifest around tone. Pls be patient and use tone tags/clarify when necessary/asked, I'll do my best to reciprocate. I appreciate it ^^
Nagging suspicion of CPTSD. Before you flame me, I have talked abt it with my therapist and she said she rlly doesn't know enough yet. So I am awaiting a formal diagnosis (or lack thereof), and this is me just recognizing patterns
