I kicked open the door and CJ walked in with O’Felia in his arms. He sat her down and we began to work on the antidote. He was mixing left and right while I gave him supplies.
“You know what you’re doing?” I asked him.
“Yeah…O’Hara taught me with studies. And what we need for the antidote are in the bag and here.” He said as he took bottles out of the bag. They were colorful and glowing as he mixed it into a cup. We began to boil it for a few minutes. We were only a few minutes away from finishing when-
“O’FELIA!” I turn around to see CJ catch O’Felia as she collapsed off the chair. “Dammit, we have to hurry!”
“She said she can regenerate. Why isn’t she-“ I was scared…confused.
“It’s the venom…it’s infecting her healing. She can’t do anything unless we cure her. She unconscious for now…we have to hurry.”
“Ok, you finish it…I’ll keep an eye on her.” I told him and he nodded. I should talk to him so he wouldn’t lose focus on the antidote.
“H-Hey…how come I feel stronger earlier…I mean, I kicked down a door and I couldn’t be able to do something like that before?” I asked him.
“You’re a Re-Demon like me and O’Felia…you’re getting some superhuman powers.” I heard him say. “What powers you get are unknown…”
“O’Felia has healing powers and you?” I asked.
“She can talk with other animals and also heal others. I have super strength and tough skin…Medusa’s tail can’t hurt me…” he explained.
“OK…what about Death?” I asked.
“Speed and rage. His anger on people makes him real trouble. But he is very respected by few like the three of us. But others see him as a threat. People including Rogue…” he said.
“Rogue?”
“Rogue is a full Demon like Death, but he’s a general to the Satan’s. He plans to take over the world, but we don’t know how, all we know is that he needs YOU.” He said and all in can do is stay still as I took it all in. What does they’re problem involve me?
“What’s going on…what do I have to do with this?” I questioned him.
“Ghosts are real, Melisa. In the beginning…both God and one Satan decided that the ghost haunting humans became a serious problem for the both, ghosts stopped humans from going to Heaven and Hell. So…the Demons were created by both God and the Satan’s. Giving the Demons the power of both light and darkness. They were successful but then…more Demons came to rise. God returned to Heaven and left the Satan’s to deal with the rebel rise of the Demons.” He explained.
“What happened after?”
“They were killed off…the Demons were killed by the Satan’s. But after that, the Re-Demons were born. To avoid the same problem, few Demons were once again created, but put under law as Demon General. Laws were created and one of them was to avoid using their powers or magic around humans. To hunt down ghosts in secrets-” He must have finished the antidote because he stopped talking. He walked towards me and O’Felia. He sat down injected O’Felia with a glowing blue liquid. All was injected inside her and her missing arm began to smoke up, like white smoke was shooting out as I saw her arm beginning to grow back.
