///Death POV///

"Why?" Rogue question me. "Why are YOU...you of all Demons protecting humans. You and me...are the same."

"Yeah...don't know what you're talking about?" I shrugged at him. Even though I was acting normal...I wasn't, all my anger was boiling inside of me and I just wanted to let it out. To punch something...I wanted to kill Rogue.

"I was a Demon when I was a child. I was called a freak! Do you have any idea what they did to me?!" he shouted.

"No...not that I care anyway..." I muttered under my breath. But he could still hear me.

"They capture me...threw food, objects, and freaking KNIVES AT ME!" He shouted as he summoned his sword as he approached me. He sprinted at me and took a swing. But I was the same speed as him so I quickly blocked it. I flew up and back down at him with my scythe over my head.

"TOO FUCKING BAD!" I roared as I dive the blade down. But he jumped out of the way and went to strike at me. But without thinking, I used my hand to grab the blade. The blood dripping out of my hand and to the sword. I shoved it away and grabbed the front of his shirt and forced him up as I flew up. I crashed him through the buildings and I looked down. The city was on fire...gun shots and screams echoed the skies.

"You're too late. War started and humans are being killed." Rogue chuckled. "None of you can stop it..."

"But to get rid of you...that's a different story." I grinned. I let him go and he began to fall. But I wasn't going to let him just fall. I'm ending this here and now! "Let's end this..."

I flew after him as top speed and I was a blur to him. I swung my scythe over my head and when I was close, I swung it down...giving my loudest battle cry that shattered glass and probably bringing the attention of many. He used his sword to block me but the impact launched him faster down. He crashed and the impact shattered the ground and the buildings around him. Dust and smoke surround the streets and I landed to the ground to check if he is dead.

"Damn boy..." I heard Rogue say.

"Wow, you actually survive? You have some strong balls..." I laughed.

"How the hell are you so strong? You are nothing but a mere boy?!" Rogue coughed up blood.

"That's just it...I'm not." I told him in a serious tone. "The scythe isn't the only thing I gained from the Grim Reaper."

"The Grim Reaper?!" Rogue gasped in fear. I gave him a blank expression.

//Flashback//

I defeated the Grim Reaper. I watched him on his knees holding onto his sliced open skull. I had a deep wound that ran down my chest and I lost my left eye from one of his attacks. He was creepy thing to see, wearing a black cloak and he had no skin. He was simply a skeleton; his eyes had blue fire that was now shining angry red.

"I won...bring Liz Beth back." I told him harshly.

"I can't..." his deep voice told him. My eyes widened in anger.

"Don't fuck with me! I beat you-"

"Listen, child...I cannot bring someone from the dead. That isn't how it work, especially a Demon like your girlfriend." I fell to my knees...I couldn't believe it. I can't see Liz Beth anymore? No, this can't be...I can't accept this.

"Please...there has to be a way!" I shouted.

"There isn't! I can simply give you this." Grim (for short) summoned his scythe. "This weapon is more than it looks...the blade was created from a black star that landed here millions of years ago. Sharpest and strongest blade in the world...and this is your reward.

"I don't want that!" I shouted.

"And one other thing...Death." Grim told me. A fog surrounded me, I felt like my left eye was getting fixed. The wounds were healing.

"Is that it?"

"No, I give you one wish for someone or a number of deaths to happen. All you have to do is wish it and there. And you also have more strength..."Grim said.

"So I can wish someone dead and then-boom! They die?" I asked and he nodded. "Then I wish the guy who is responsible of killing Liz Beth to be dead!"

"Are you sure that you want to waste your wish right now?" Grim asked. I stop and thought about it...yes, I want the bastard that killed Liz Beth to die by my hands...

//End of Flashback//

"A wish?!" Rogue cried out. "That is madness!"

"Then it's a good thing that I know how to use it." I told him as I thought about the words to use.

"What are you doi-" I stopped him there.

"I wish that all that are a part of Rogue soldiers to die!" I shouted. Grim Reaper suddenly appeared and his eyes glow flaming yellow.

"I see that you made your wish." Grim said. I nodded.

"I have, all his soldiers, the ones that are blood thirsty but not the humans!" I quickly said.

"As you wish..."

"NO!" Rogue cried out. "Humanity must die!"

"No...you have to die." I told him as I sprinted at him with my scythe aiming straight for his face. I brought it down and it was over for him, the blood was spilling everywhere and his body falling to the floor headless. I breathed in and out to calm down. The wings disappeared and I went back to normal.

"It's over..." I muttered.

"Not for you...it isn't." Grim told me. I turn around and stared at him.

"What's that suppose to mean?"

"Your life begins again with that young girl, you knew all along. You remember that you met her before in the past, but kept it a secret." I smirked when he said that.

"Your right, I knew...but I wanted to wait until Melissa remember-"

"You knew..." I quickly turned around to see Melissa standing there. Grim Reaper was gone and she stood there with her father.

"Melissa?!" I cried out.

"Explain..." Melissa glared at me.

"Well...I remember that you would also get those memories back so I preferred to wait." I explained.

"So you thought that I should try to remember on my own?"

"Yeah...I couldn't force it on you, Melissa." I told her. I approached her closer and she simply ran at me. She pulled me into a hug, I was quite surprise to see that she wasn't pissed at me.

"Thank god you're safe..." She whispered to me as she kissed my cheek.

"M-Melissa?" I tried to speak but her eyes...she looks so beautiful.

"Death...now that Rogue is dead-"

"Melissa, let's get married!" I cried out without thinking. Wait, did I just say that!

"What?!" She cried out.

"S-Sorry, I shouldn't have said that! It just came out of my mouth-" she stopped me by pushing her lips onto mine. I was eyes widened in surprise. We soon separated and looked at each other's eyes.

"I would love to...no matter what happens. I am glad that I can spend my life with you." She told me.

"I love you to...no matter what; I want to also be with you. So marry me...and we can start a new life together." I told her. She looked down crying in joy, I slowly raised her face with my hand to have her look at me again. I gently pushed my lips into hers with one more kiss...
