"Shut up!" said Sophie, blushing.
"But you and Wonderboy look so cute together! You'll be the perfect couple! You're a match made in heaven!" squealed Biana.
Sophie's face turned to a dark shade of red. "Be quiet!"
"No way," replied her best friend. "You're way to cute."
"Ooh," said a new voice. "Can I join in on playing the 'Make Foster Blush' game? I bet I could make her blush even harder!"
It was Keefe. And what he said made Sophie do exactly what he predicted. She was redder than the reddest rose in the garden of the Beast from Beauty and the Beast.
"Hah!" laughed Keefe. "I was right."
Biana smiled and rolled her eyes. Sophie just sat their watching the handsome boy laugh. Their happiness was interrupted by Fitz storming into the backyard.
"WHAT THE HECK?! SOPHIE, WHY DID YOU MAKE STINA LEAVE?!" he yelled.
"Bro, seriously, leave Sophie alone! Stina was just being a pain in the bit as usual," butted in Biana. "Why'd you care so much? She's just Stina."
Smoke almost came out of Fitz's ears. "JUST STINA?! JUST STINA?!!! YOU IDIOTS!!" He stormed out, leaving the very delicate Sophie shaking.
"Why does he care about her so much?" asked Sophie.
Keefe sighed. "I bet he likes her. He's an imbecile who fell for her looks. She looks nice on the outside but is a devil on the inside. Fitz really is an idiot if he fell for Stina. She's basically a demon's spawn."
Tears filled Sophie's eyes when Keefe said that her boyfriend may have fell for someone else. Biana and Keefe must have noticed her eyes brimming with tears because they immediately changed the subject.
"So Keefe," started Biana, trying to lighten the mood. "Got a new girlfriend?"
"Nope," answered Keefe. "No one interesting at school. Just the usual sassy, rude girls. Basically Stina's spawns with plastic surgery."
Sophie giggled at this. She stared at Keefe as he continued talking about the annoying girls at his school that fell for him. She noticed that he was muscular—maybe more than Fitz, and his ice-blue eyes sparkled in the sunlight. His smirk was so cute and his hair. Oh, his hair! She couldn't explain how amazing his hair was! His disheveled blond hair, his ice-blue eyes, his toned body with his joking and caring personality—he was the ideal boyfriend. Sophie immediately pushed away those thoughts. She already had Fitz Vacker—the Fitz Vacker as her boyfriend. She shouldn't be thinking about how muscular and handsome and nice Keefe was... Sophie shook her head and rubbed her temples. No way would she fall for Keefe Sencen. Especially when she had a boyfriend.
"Hey, Foster," said Keefe, snapping his fingers in front of her face. "You here?"
Sophie nodded her head and Keefe smirked.
"What were you thinking about? My-" he stopped and posed, "handsome features?" He raised his eyebrows twice, fake flirting.
Sophie's face flushed red again and Keefe laughed.
"Yes!" he cheered. "50 points for me at the 'Make Foster Blush' game! Hah! Take that Biana!" He pointed his two index fingers at her.
Biana faked pouted and started giggling. Biana and Keefe acted really close. Not like relationship-close but more like siblings.
The trio laughed and joked until they had to get home.
Sophie noticed that Keefe seemed really reluctant to go back to his house but shrugged it off. Maybe he just like hanging at the Vackers' place more. She started walking home and she froze when she saw Fitz at Stina's house. They were awfully close—not siblings-wise like Keefe and Biana, but physically. She watched in horror as they leaned in and-
Kissed. Her body trembled and she ran home crying. Hot, ugly tears ran down her face. When she got home her face was red and her eyes were puffy. She passed her parents and locked herself in her room. She flopped onto her bed and got out her phone. She scrolled through the images and more tears spilled down her cheeks seeing all those happy memories with her boyfriend. Her body shook with large sobs and snot ran down her nose. Were all those times fake? She threw a pillow at her bedroom wall. After a year of dating, her boyfriend decided to cheat on her. She took a deep breath, cleaned her face and sunk into her large bed. She decided that her cheating boyfriend would get what he deserved.
