"And if we're being honest, I'd rather your body than half of your heart."

A party was being thrown for Slytherin's recent victory. And the party is even more celebratory since the win was against Gryffindor. The Slytherin parties are well known throughout all houses, they always went all out for it. The seventh years were organizing it, which meant it was going to be even crazier. Parties usually were organized after big wins in sports, or at the end of the year. The parties consisted of alcohol, hookups, and dancing. All houses were welcome, but some people were scared of the simple house name that was throwing it.

Ten minutes until the party. Jo and Lila were rummaging through their drawers and scrambling around their room trying to look their best. Both girls knew they had to look their best, not just for themselves, but for their dates. Lila was, of course, taking Luna. Jo and Draco never talked about dates, but it was a non-spoken agreement between the two. They were taking each other. Jo threw on a simple black mini dress. The dark fabric hugged the dips and curves through out her body, accentuating her waist. She has kept her hair down, curling it slightly to change it up. She paired her dress with black heels. Her makeup was the same as always, besides a red lip. The blood red color painted on her lips popped compared to her olive skin. The combination of the two making her cheeks looks more flushed than normal.

"You ready?" Lila asks while admiring herself in the mirror.

"Yup," Jo took one last glance at herself in the mirror, heading for the door.

The music was already blasting when they got there. Green lights lit up the wall, bodies clashing in the middle of the room. As soon as they stepped in, the smell of sweat sand alcohol meets their noses, causing Jo to shrivel her face in disgust.

"God," Jo complains, "It smells awful in here." She said accentuating 'awful'.

"What did you expect," Lila responds.

"The smell is rather peculiar." Luna pipes in. Jo turns her eyes back to the sea of people, trying to find a familiar face.

"Do you see the boys?" Jo turns to look at Lila and Luna, only to be left talking to a wall. She searches the crowd for them, failing. The amount of people and the green lights distorted their features. She couldn't even see people's true hair color. The green hue was so strong, it was beginning to form a dull ache in the back of her head.

Before she could finish another thought, a toned arm was thrown over her shoulder, "Hello, love." She turned to see the bright smile of Lorenzo Berkshire next to her.

"Enzo!" She exclaimed, "Have you seen anyone? I came with Lila and Luna but they ditched me."

"I came with the boys," He turns his head around the room, "But they've seemed to have disappeared." Jo nodded her head in response. "Care for a drink?"

"Please," Jo said. She and Enzo walked over to a table covered in drinks and snacks, a large bowl of red punch sitting in the middle. The punch looked rather unappetizing, the green hue making it look tar black. Enzo grabbed her a cup, scooping some of the dark liquid into it. She hesitantly took the cup and lifted it to her lips. The taste of sugar and fruit hit her taste buds.

"What's in this?" Jo questioned. She liked it.

"Who knows," He answers, "Don't have too much. Lots of alcohol in it, I bet." She nods, taking another sip.

"Wanna dance?" She asks. He responds by grabbing her hand and leading her towards the sea of people. The two pushed through bodies until they made it to a somewhat free space. A random song was blasting. Jo had no idea what the song was but she didn't care.
She began to move her hips to the beat of the music. She began to loose herself in the music, not caring about her surroundings. Enzo stood behind her, dancing along with her. She turned around to place her hands loosely around his neck, still dancing. Their bodies swayed together as the music poured out o the speakers, into the night. Jo grew confident, loosing herself. As a song that she new flowed over the crowd, she began singing it.
Mouthing the words to Enzo, she smiled at him. He smiled back, placing his hands on her hips. From across the room, her eyes met with grey ones. Draco. He was leaned back against the wall, one hand in his pocket, another holding his drink. He was still in his uniform, except his normal sweater vest was off. This left him in a cream, crinkled Oxford shirt, the sleeves pulled up to his elbows. The top few buttons of his shirt were undone, exposing his collarbone. He still had his tie on, it loosely hanging around his neck. She smirked at him as she continued to move her body with Enzo. Draco soon took notice of her movements, specifically who she was moving with. His eyes landed on Enzo, his hands still resting on Jo's hips. Draco looked back to Jo, quickly shaking his head no at her, his mouth parted slightly. Jo took his simple action as an invitation. She slowly took her hands off Enzo's shoulders, thee running her fingers through her hair. She placed a slow and gentle kiss on Enzo's cheek, all while painting eye contact with Draco. Draco's demeanor instantly shifted, a desire lighting in his eyes. She slowly made her way to him, keeping eye contact. As she approached him, he looked her up and down before taking his hand out of his pocket to cross his arms. He kept his eyes on her while she walked, his tongue gliding his top row of teeth in lust.
