"Be quick on your defense, Kianna!"

"If you can't block it, dodge it!"

"Stop!"

Habol ang hininga na napaupo ako sa sahig. This is insane. How can I keep up with that speed? I feel a liquid trickling down my left cheek. Maybe it's just a sweat.

"Hey! You're bleeding."

Agad na lumapit si Calvin saakin at hinawakan ang pisnge ko. I thought it's just a sweat? Agad ko namang tinignan kung may mga galos pa ako. And as expected, there's a lot. Mr. Byun instructed me to immediately clean up the wound, and go straight to the infirmary.

"Hey, sorry about that." sabi ni Calvin habang inaalalayan ako.

"It's fine. Tsaka, okay lang talaga ako. Di naman ako baldado para alalayan mo pa ako."

Nakailang sabi na kasi ako sakaniya na okay lang ako, na kaya ko namang maglakad mag-isa, pero ayaw talaga making. He also helped me in cleaning my wounds. I also proposed to Mr. Byun that I'm okay, and will not go to the infirmary but he refused. Madaming mata nanaman ang nakatingin samin, just like last time.

"Oh? It's you again. But atleast the cut is not deep. Why bother to come here with this wound?" Nurse Oh said while checking the wounds.

"Pinapapunta po ako ulit ni Mr. Byun, e. Wala naman akong magawa."

Nurse Oh breath sharply, indicating that she's pissed off. Nang matapos niya akong i-check ay agad siyang umalis. I don't know if we should leave or not. I was about to ask Calvin, but he's now laying down in a bed. He must be tired from all that training.

"Rest up, and keep this. I don't want to see you here, unless it's deep. Am I clear?"

Nurse Oh said when she came back, a small bag in his hand. Looks like a first aid kit. She throws it to me, and leave immediately. Wala naman na akong nagawa at pumunta sa bakanteng higaan. Its been week since the armament picking. It's kinda hard, but I'm getting a hang of it.

First day of our training is a hell for me. My body is full of cuts from Calvin's kunai. Ano naman kasing laban ko dun? He's fast, and his weapon is a long range one. That was the first time Blue saw me with a lot of wounds. He became hysterical at that time.

"What the heck happened to you?!" he asked raising his voice while checking my wholeness. Tuloy-tuloy siya sa pagsasalita at hindi ako makasingit sa kaniya.

"Kuya, okay lang ako. Stop it."

"How are you okay?! Look at that wounds!" he said when he stopped checking for wounds. Seriously, this guy. He then leads me into our couch, and left. He returned holding a first aid kit. He was about to put some ointment in my wounds when I stopped him.

"It's already been treated by Nurse Oh." I said and just receive a blank face from him.

He heaved a sigh and sits properly beside me. We stayed silent for a while. Not until he noticed the staff in our center table. He seems shocked from what he is seeing.

"Oh, this is the first time you see my armament, right? It's not a cool weapon."

"Nope, this one's cool. It's perfect for you." He said as he picked up the staff. I left him there, inspecting the staff. Agad akong nagpalit ng damit dahil naamoy ko na ang magkahalong pawis at dugo. My body is full of wounds, I see. It can't be help, all I need to do is become stronger.
