CHAPTER 34

AQUA'S POV:

I sat on the couch watching tv. The twins are asleep.  They've been sleeping for 2 hours so i also got to rest.

Just thinking about that phone call made me stressed.  What if she was the one that is behind this mess?

I have to tell Quinton.  I have to do it tonight.

AT THE DINNER TABLE

"Quinton. I received a call from my sister this morning. She asked me to come to lunch with them tomorrow, i don't know what about but she said that if i don't  pitch I'll regret it."

"Well we need to find the mastermind behind this and it could be her.  I'll call the detective from the FBI and let them know." He left the dinner table and went to make the phone call.

This entire thing just needs the end. My babies lives are at risk and our lives are at risk as well.

THE NEXT DAY

I walked into the restaurant and i immediately noticed my so called sister and my sorry as useless parents.

"So what do you want?" I asked once i sat down

"Oh getting to the point already?" Asked my mother.

"I don't have time to waste.  I have children to take care of and a husband to love."

"Mmmm. Not for long." Said my dad.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"Exactly what i mean darling"

"I have to go" i said. I got up and left the restaurant.  I walked across the street and climb in the back of the van.

"Ma'am we don't think its them. However we will keep an eye on them something is fishy." Said the detective.

LATER THAT NIGHT.

A phone call woke us up from our sleep.

"Yes?.... okay..... we'llbe there now" Quinton said. He hung up the phone and got out of bed.

"Aqua we have to go to the station now. They found the culprit." I got out of the bed and quickly changed my clothes. I went downstairs to call Celest to come and look after the twins.

When Celest arrived we left and headed for the police station.

We walked in and we're immediately taken to an office. When we walked in. I immediately recognised the woman in hand cuffs.

"Ma'am,sir. A source informed us of this woman planting a bomb in your car. We issued a warrant and when we arrived at her house. We found the plans to the car accident you went through and she has admitted to being the culprit."

"Really Grace?"

"Oh please. You don't deserve this life. The money;fame; designer clothes and the fancy holidays. I want it. But you just had to come around didn't you?"

"Please take her away." Quinton said.

2 month's later

Moving into our new house is exciting.  Its a mansion. I could have settled on a normal house but this will do.

There was no packing for us to do as it came furnished. I was in the kitchen when i heard laughter coming from the living room.

I went to check and saw Quinton playing with the twins on the carpet.  He was making funny faces at them

I just watched and smilled.  I finally have my happily ever after.

It feels magical. Nothing can ruin this.
