Chapter Fifteen

Jennie was slightly worried, after the small argument with Taehyung, he didn't talk to her, let alone look, he didn't even glance at her. He had enough, he wanted her to follow him, to apologize. Jennie had English now, along with Jisoo and Taehyung, he still gave her a cold shoulder and also sat across the classroom, practically away from her. 

Jisoo, who sat in the middle of the classroom, noticed the pair sitting away from each other. She stole at the couple, Taehyung was expressionless while Jennie was biting her nails with pauses, as if deep in thought. Jisoo thought about sorting out things between them, but she stopped, it was their matter, not hers, she just kept quiet.

"Miss Kim"

"Miss Kim"

"Miss Jennie Kim"

"JENNIE KIM ARE YOU LISTENING TO ME!?" Jennie snapped out of thoughts when the teacher yelled at her, slamming her hands on her table. "Y-Yes Ms.Go?" Jennie asked, wow, that was the first time she ever stuttered in her life. "I have been calling your name repeatedly, where is your mind off to!?" She asked.

"I'm sorry Ms.Go, it won't happen again" Jennie lowered her head in shame, Taehyung hid that amused smile. The students gasped, they thought that either Jennie had changed for the better or she was just drunk, because the Jennie Kim would never do that. She didn't care about what teachers said, queen, remember? 

"Very well" The teacher said and left, it was a new sight, they didn't know how to react.

"I have something for you" Namjoon said as him and Jisoo held hands, she was at his place after the university. "What is it?" She asked softly. He took out a small velvet box from his pocket and opened it with the brightest smile on his face, it had two rings inside. 

Jisoo was gonna say something when he beat her to it. "I'm not proposing you" He reassured, she nodded. "But that day will come soon" He teased, she blushed lightly. "Then?" She asked. "It's a promise ring" He said. "A promise that you'll marry me in the future?" She asked. "Could be, but I want a different promise" He said.

"A promise that we'll love each other forever, that we'll fight less if we even would, if a misunderstanding occurs then we'll calmly listen to each other, no matter what, even if we're far away, we'll never let go of each other, true love is found rarely Jisoo, and I feel lucky to have found it with you, I love you Jisoo, from the bottom of my heart" 

He slid the ring in her finger and gestured her to do the same, she did and hugged him. "I promise Namjoon, I do" She said. "I promise too Jisoo" He said. "I wish I could stay" He whispered, but she heard him and pulled away. "What?" She asked. "I meant, that I wish I could stay in your embrace forever" He said, she smiled and hugged him again. How sad, she didn't even realize the sadness in his voice earlier.

"How could you Jeon? You stole my chocolate?" Lisa asked while crossing her arms, Jungkook smiled innocently. "It looked yummy, and by the way, when I get rich, I'll buy you a pool of chocolates" He said, and she took it jokingly, so she laughed. "Yeah yeah, I'll wait for that day" She said, and he suddenly hugged her, she hugged back. 

"You'll wait for me, right?" He asked, she tried to let go but he hugged her tighter, he didn't want her to see the tears in his eyes. "Why? Are you going somewhere away from me?" She asked. Yes, "No, but just tell me, if I ever get drunk and after a dinner with my colleagues and then forget my way back home, then you'll wait for me at home with our kids, right?" He teased, she had pulled away in the middle and he started laughing to show that the tears had formed while laughing.

"Very funny" She said, as if annoyed, but she would be lying if she said that she nearly planned their imaginary wedding when he said 'our kids'.

"You know Yuri, I really wanted to help Jimin" Hoseok said, an arm wrapped around Yuri as they were watching a horror movie. "Me too, but we can't" She said. "I thought she love-" She cut him off, "You're just starting a conversation so that I would turn off the movie, aren't you?" He sighed. "Yes" He replied, she smiled and turned off the TV. "I know you better than anyone, hobi" She said with a peck on his cheek. 

"I know, and that's one of the reasons why I love you" He said, she chuckled. "If you would tell me all the reasons why you love me, then it would be a whole long list I suppose?" She asked. "Yes" He said, they smiled.

"Babe, you bought enough already" Yoongi said. "No! I want this one too!" Chaeyoung whined, pointing at a chipmunk plushy on the shelf. "Alright" And that's how they ended up filling up their cart with different kinds of plushies. "Chae you have filled this cart already" Yoongi said. "This last one, please" She gave him her puppy eyes, he rolled his eyes playfully. "Last one" He warned, she skipped around happily before she put the cat plushy in the cart.

They were paying for her toys when a boy saw them, he turned away and left, but the couple were too busy to notice that as they gave each other loving stares.

They look so happy, Jimin thought when he saw Yoongi and Chaeyoung in the mall. I wish it was me who bought you all that, I wish I was the one you loved, I wish you were mine; I wish I was Yoongi.
