Cute Guys And Their Lies - Nope, not gonna look.

As I arrived in the gym, I cursed myself. Zach had wanted to go in here, but I was tired, and ready to eat, so we skipped this part. Why didn't he beg me to see this? THIS PLACE IS HUGE.

I didn't even know where to go. It felt like there were 30,000 people in here, all trying to get to the same place. I decided to follow some girls I saw in my biology class.

Each time I looked around, I saw something new. Swimming pool room. Weight room. Racquet ball court. Volleyball court. Sign for the track. Boys locker room sign. Indoor soccer field. Baseball field.

EVERYTHING. This school has everything. They do every sport. I knew my mom wouldn't settle for just anything.

I felt someone's hands on my waist from behind. I looked over my shoulder. Evan. I rolled my eyes and smiled.
"Having fun there?"

He looked down at my ass and nodded slowly. "Definitely."

I laughed. "Whatever. Just tell me where the locker room is."

"The girls one?"

"...Yeah?" I knitted my eyebrows. Why would he think I was looking for any other one?

"Oh, follow Whitney. I'm pretty sure she's going." He left me and I spotted Whitney. I followed her.

"Whitney?"

She looked over her shoulder and stopped. People had to go around her as she waited for me to catch up. "Oh, hey new girl."
"Ava."

"Right, Ava."

"Yeah, um, where's the locker room?"

The bell rang. "Follow me." She locked arms with me and I'm sure a look of confusion passed over my face. I relaxed and tried to match her fast pace.
We entered the locker room and we both quickly stripped down and changed into short shorts and a dark gray tee.

We weren't the last people, thank god. Her two friends from the party were about 4 minutes later than we were. We had already picked a game for the day.

Kickball.

I sucked at kickball. I don't have foot-eye coordination, so I always missed the ball. But then again, I'm kind of good at tagging people with the ball.

Whitney and her brunette friend led stretches today.

"Right over left!" they squealed together and laughed.

Was stretching that funny?

"Touch your toes!" they giggled again.

We all bent over and suddenly there was clapping and whistling from behind Whitney, her friend, and me.

"Boys, back to warming up!" their coach yelled angrily and blew his whistle.

We all laughed and stood up.

When we were done stretching we picked teams. I was with Whitney, Kassi (her brunette friend), BreAnna (her blondest friend), Nicolle, Kaitlyn, and Emma. We were to go out for the 2nd quarter.

After P.E., I was so tired, and ready to go home. Luckily I had it 7th period, so we only had one class until it was time to leave.

Math.

I groaned inwardly as I stepped inside the classroom.

I opened the door with my house key, Aiden right behind me. Zach followed too.
