Part 17 (Family)

Y/N POV

I woke up without Jake beside me, started looking for him and I heard someone played the violin in my dance room. I peeked from the door and saw Jake played that, I never knew that he could play the violin, but when I wanted to approach him, he got a phone call, so I stopped in my place, tried to listen to his conversation.

Jake POV

While I was playing the violin, someone called me and it was my dad. I answered the call.

On the phone

Jake: Oh Hi dad, what's wrong?

Mr. Sim: We miss you, son, we want to meet you and when will you go home, you know right, I almost retired from my position and I want you to take that.

Jake: Oh dad, please don't talk about that, and about when I will go home, I still don't know.

Mr. Sim: Okay I won't force you, but just for your information, your mom really misses you and she wants to meet you. Can we meet tonight?

Jake: Sure, where? But I don't want at home.

Mr. Sim: Why?

Jake: Because I want to bring Y/N as well.

Mr. Sim: Oh the girl that saved your life, yeah you can bring her too, we want to thank her for saving your life.

Jake: But don't talk about our family, I haven't told her yet.

Mr. Sim: Why? She can be your wife.

Jake: No the right time dad.

Mr. Sim: Okay, just meet me at XXXX Restaurant tonight at 7.

Jake: Okay, see you soon dad.

Y/N POV

I couldn't hear all of his conversations but I can hear some of them. So he will meet his dad tonight. I wonder how does his father look like, he must be handsome because Jake is handsome as fck.

I snapped back to reality when Jake called my name.

Jake: Hey, Y/N, what are you doing here?

Y/N: (Stretched her hands behind her neck) N...nothing, just tried to find you... hehe.

Jake: Really? (raised one of his eyebrows).

Y/N: Y...Yes, let's have breakfast.

Jake: (Pinched her cheeks) Cute, btw get ready tonight, we will go somewhere.

Y/N: where? Another date? (excitedly)

Jake: Yes with my family.

Y/N: WHAT??? With your family?? I'm not ready yet.

Jake: Yah, it's not like I want to take you as my wife, my mom just misses me and wants to meet me so I asked my dad if I can bring you too and he said yes.

Y/N: But why would you bring me as well?

Jake: Because I want, stop asking and eat your breakfast, and don't forget tonight be ready before 7.

Y/N: Sure.
