We have finished ordering our food, we don't talk to each other just admire the sunset. But then Jake suddenly talks.

Jake: Hey... .um....

Y / N: Huh?

Jake: Ah.... I... never mind. Do you like the surprise?

Y / N: More than like it. I love it. This is the most special birthday party I've ever had in my life. Thank you so much, Jakey (Smile wildly)

Jake: No need to thank me. I'm glad if you like it. I did this on purpose.

Y / N: but why did you do this on purpose?

Jake: Because I want to make you happy.

Y / N: Thank you.

After our food came, we didn't talk too much, just a little chit chat. I enjoy the food, it's so delicious.

Jake: Hey, there's something on your face.

Y / N: Huh? What is that?? (try to wipe her face)

Jake: (giggle) let me help you.

He wipes away the sauce from my face and it made me blush so hard.

Jake: Why are you blushing?? You look red like a tomato. No... you're redder than a tomato. (chuckled)

I just cover my face. After that, we continue to eat our dinner. When we already have done with it, Jake suddenly drags me somewhere. He drags me to a beautiful garden, it still the parts of the restaurant.

I still admire the garden when Jake kneels in front of me. At first, I'm so confused by his action then he gives me a bouquet of a simple yet beautiful flower.

Jake: I've been waiting for this moment for so long. I didn't have any confidence back then; I keep gathering all my courage to do this. But I guess this night will be the perfect time for me to say it. I don't know your feeling toward me, but I just want to say ....... Kim Y / N, I love you...... I fell for you from the first time when we met each other. I've never believed to love at the first sight, but with you, I can feel it. So, Kim Y / N.... Will you be my girlfriend?

I cannot say anything, I just stand there speechless and start to tear up.

Jake: It's okay if you don't feel the same way, Y / N.

Y / N: Don't you still love your childhood crush??

Jake: You're my childhood crush, I've got a lot of shreds of evidence about that, but the thing that makes me even more sure is when I found your photo album and saw our childhood pictures together. I knew it right away, you're the one that I've been looking for. So, will you?

Y / N: I ...... I ....... I ...... I Love You too, Jake.

Jake: So, it's a Yes??

I just nodded. He's very happy. He kisses me all over my face and spins me in the air. I never felt like this before. This happiness is the thing I've been waiting for the entire of my life. And now I finally get it on my birthday. I hope this happiness will stay for a long time. He is the one I've been waiting for.
