Chapter 3

Chris' POV

"Shut up, Tigger." A voice spoke before a strange noise followed. I heard a few sounds again before the door shut. I laid there for a moment before opening my eyes and seeing brown eyes and orange fur. I jumped slightly before remembering where I was and sighed. The tiger made a few odd noises, so I reached up and pet him before sitting up and stretching. The cats ears perked and he sat down before looking at me more. A few minutes later, the door opened and Frankie walked in, not looking in my direction, and walking to the dresser. She got in one of the drawers before standing up and looking over.

"Oh, you're awake." She said and went back to doing random stuff. I looked down for a moment before picking my shirt off the ground and putting it on. "How'd you sleep?"

"Pretty good. You?" I said with a yawn.

"Same." I stood up and stretched more. "There's coffee."

"That sounds fantastic." I smiled. She nodded and smiled before we both left the room. "Do you work today?"

"Nope." She poured two cups of coffee and handed me one.

"Awesome." I smiled and took a sip of the coffee.

"What do you wanna do today?" She asked.

"Don't know. I don't really know the place, so..." I shrugged.

"I can take you to a few places and show you some stuff." She smiled lightly.

" Sounds fun." I smiled back.

"We can leave whenever you want." She said before walking towards the bathroom.

Frankie's POV

I closed the bathroom door, only slightly panicked, knowing what happened, and pulled down my pajama shorts and sighed. I grabbed my other shorts and panties I'd grabbed and took off my blood stained ones before sitting on the toilet and reaching for the blue colored box under the sink. When I didn't find it, I sighed.

"You're fuckin kidding me." I mumbled.

Just call Sam and have her get you some. I thought before shaking my head. That would be suspicious... Just ask Chris and get it over with.

"Chris!" I called for him and felt my face g wet red with embarrassment.

"Yeah?" His voice was outside the door and I felt like crying.

"Um... this is embarrassing as hell... um... get in that closet beside the door please for a moment." I said before hearing the closet door open.

"Okay." He stated.

"On the middle shelf, there's a... box of tampons. C-can you grab it for me?" I asked quietly. There was silence before he started laughing.

"Why are you embarrassed?" He asked before the door slightly opened and he reached the box in. I grabbed it and sighed.

"Because it's disgusting." I told him. After I finished and washed my hands before walking out and into the living room. I sat in the couch before he walked in, wearing jeans and a baggy shirt. I looked down and sighed.

"Stop being embarrassed. It happened to all girls." He said and sat down.

"Yeah, but I was hopping that wouldn't happen why you're here." I sighed.

"Its fine." He chuckled.

"I'm gonna go get ready." I told him and waked to my room. A while later, I walked out wearing ripped jeans, red converse, and a loose tank top with a jacket. He smiled at me before getting his shoes. With that, we left.

"So, where are we going?" He asked when we were in the car.

"There's a horse ranch about twenty minutes from here. I go there a lot on my off days." I told him and kept driving.

"I love horses." he smiled.

"Ever sat on one?" I asked.

"Nope." He said.

"You're gonna in a few." I smiled at him and continued driving. A while later, I pulled into the driveway and saw the owner, a woman named Harmony, standing outside of one of the barns brushing a horse. Chris and I got out and I smiled at her.

"Frankie!" She smiled and walked over.

"Hey." I hugged her.

"This is early for you. And you never come on Wednesday." She said.

"I called off for the day." I told her. "This is Chris, by the way."

"Nice to meet you, Chris." She shook his hand.

"Nice to meet you too." He smiled.

"This is Harmony." I told him. "I've known her for years."

"She's basically my niece." Harmony told him.

"Awesome." He smiled.

"You two gonna ride today?" She asked me.

"Yep." I smiled.

"Alright. Come on." She said and turned towards the barn. I started following and Chris looked at me.

"You're gonna make me ride a horse, aren't  you?" He asked.

"Yes I am." I walked into the barn and went straight to the horse I always rode. Harmony got one of the horses, an old one named Jack, and started getting him ready. I did the same to my horse, a girl named Daisy, and led her over. Harmony was already on her horse, and Chris looked confused.

"How...?" He asked. I laughed slightly.

"Put your foot up on this, then swing your other leg up over." I told him, showing him where. He nodded and started to climb up before loosing his grip and falling back onto the ground. I squealed slightly and walked over. "You okay?"

"Nope." He cringed. I helped him up before harmony laughed and took off.

"Just try again." I told him, dusting off his back. "I'll stand beside you and help you." He nodded and started again, getting up this time, and taking the reins and looking down at me.

"Okay." He nodded and situated himself more. I walked over and got up on my horse easily. 

"Just do what I do and you'll be okay." I told him before petting his horses side. He nodded at me before I showed him a few simple things before starting out he followed me after that, and eventually got the hang of it. Around noon, we headed back to the barn and I jumped off the horse. I had to help Chris again, before eventually we left.

"Did you enjoy it?" I asked him.

"Kinda. I'm in pain now." He laughed lightly.

"It'll be worse later." I shrugged.

"Thanks for the warning." He said.

"My pleasure." I chuckled and continued driving. Once we got home and walked in, he sat down and I walked to the kitchen. "Want some food?"

"Anything good?" He called into the room.

"Um... pizza, bacon, soup, chicken-"

"Hold on." He interrupted before walking in. "My fault. I should have mentioned it. Um... I'm a vegan."

"...Shit." I mentally facepalmed. "Sorry."

"Don't be. My fault." He chuckled.

"We can go to the store and get stuff." I offered.

"Sounds good." He nodded. We left. Few minutes later, and got back a while later. He made his food and I made mine before we sat and watched movies for the rest of the night.
