Frankie's POV
~ ♡
Hey there.
Well hello.
How was work?
Boring as always.
I can imagine.
And how is tour?
Going good. Only a week left then it's back to good ol Missouri.
It's crazy that you live so close but so far at the same time.
Right? I have on my to do list to visit you.
Really?
One of these days I promise.
Yay. I gotta go though.
Alright. Later.
Later.
I shut the laptop and grabbed my phone to call my friend, Sam.
"Hello." She amswered.
"Please come over now."
" Gotcha." She hung up her phone, and about five minutes later flopped onto my bed with me. "What's got you going?"
"Remember that guy I told you about? The one in a band or whatever?" I asked.
"Of course."
"He mentioned visiting me."
"Really?"
"But, like... we've only ever talked on the phone and over the internet. I've only seen pictures, and how do I know he isn't lying?"
"Simple. Invite him over then when he come over, have me here in case he's a a murderer."
"Sam, that doesn't make me feel better."
"Oh shush."
"I'll talk to him tomorrow about visiting..."
"Okay, good."
"Yeah..."
"So, get some sleep and I'll be on your couch in the morning."
"You're a nut."I rolled my eyes at her before she stood and stepped out of my room. I set my laptop on the floor and got under the covers before falling asleep shortly after.
The next morning, I woke and looked around before stretching. After a few minutes I stood and walked out of my room then down the hall into the kitchen, making a pot of coffee. Once it finished and I had a cup, I walked to the living room and saw Sam on my laptop.
"Sammi, what are you doing?" I asked.
"Talking to Christofer." She stated. I blinked slowly before my jaw dropped. "He's visiting in about a week."
"Sam..." I looked at her.
"You'll thank me later." She said and sat up. "I'll be in the shower." She walked past me. I sat in her spot and picked up the laptop, seeing that in face he would be visiting.
Oh my gosh I'm so sorry.
For?
Sam stole my laptop...
Not a bad thing. I suppose I'll see you in a week?
I guess so.
Don't sound so upset haha.
I'm not. I'm in shock.
Awe. Don't be. I'm not bad.
I know.
It'll be great. Plus you have six days left to prepare yourself.
Yeah.
Do you have work today?
Yeah. Not till later.
Awesome. Where do you even work anyway? I've never asked.
Waffle House.
Holy shit I love waffle house.
It's pretty great.
I gotta go actually. I'll be free tonight to talk though.
Okay.

"Are you seriously gonna go to Tennessee?" Hayden asked. I shrugged.
"Sure. Why not?" I shrugged, fixing my hair in the mirror.
"Dude what if she's crazy?"
"Then I'll give her a chance anyway. I'm not gonna be a dick."
"Oh that's a shocker."
"Shut up."
"You're being stupid."
"How am I being stupid?"
"You don't even know this chick." He began to raise his voice.
"Okay... One, this is my decision and not yours. Two, when the fuck did you become my dad?" I crossed my arms.
"I'm not arguing." He rolled his eyes.
"You're both aware you sound like girls, right?" Taylor added in.
"Completely." I confirmed and walked past both to the interview I was about to have.
