[ This is an AU after 'Miracle Queen' ]

Chloe P.O.V

I stared out the window at the city. It was raining, and most people were inside. The light gray sky seemed to make the color of the buildings darker, making them look heavy and imposing. Days like this made me feel trapped within the city. I wanted to get outside and sit under a big tree and read a book. I wanted to get away from all of this. But i couldn't . My mind wandered to a week ago. 'Miracle Queen'. That's what they said i'd called myself. I couldn't remember. My memories of the day was hazy. I couldn't remember what i'd done before i was akumatized. I could remember what happened after it. The evening was a blur of crying, tearing up photos of ladybug, deleting all superhero related things off my phone and trying to find someone who could remove memories permanently.

I got a break from school for a week, and that was spend watching disney, eating tubs of ice cream, taking naps at random times, and trying to forget. I wish i could get a longer break, but dad refused to let me miss more of my education, so here i was, going back to school. The limousine crept along the country roads and ended at the front gates of my school. The chauffeur's flat voice said, "We're here." Great. Hooray. I sighed and stepped out of the limo. I looked up at the massive building in front of me. It was two or three floors tall and made from red brick. The car pulled away from the shoulder of the road and I stood alone on the asphalt circle that served as a parking lot.

Most people ignored me. Focused on their conversations and thoughts, they passed by me without a second glance. A few whispered to each other as they looked at me and quickly melted back into the crowd. I tied to ignore them. Suddenly this girl in my class, i don't remenber her name, i think it was something like lula or something? Anyway, this idiot walked up to me and was all like " Look who's finally found the confidence to come to school. It's hawkmoth's helper guys!"

Now everyone was glaring at me. Great. Someone called out "Papillion call you lately?" The Lola Girl giggled like this was comedy gold. Honestly, these people have no class. "Whatever. I really don't have time for your manipulation and lies." I walked away.
