Chapter Eight

The first monthly evaluation would be held 4 days from now, everyone's busier than ever. If there's a term to use, cramming is the right word. Especially Taeyong.

There's actually no reason for him to worry, but he makes himself busy so he wouldn't have to think of anything else.

"Are you sure you're not going to eat lunch—" before Ten could even finish his sentence, the red haired guy just nodded and left him with Yangyang inside the cafeteria.

"He was never like this," Ten uttered, which made the younger agree. "He's distracting himself from something, isn't he?" Yangyang asked.

Ten didn't answer and sighed, he knows Yangyang may be a troublemaket- but he's quite smart. And the two are actually worried about Taeyong.

Not so far from the two was Jaehyun, eavesdropping. He silently rolled his eyes and faced the counter, "Two order of fish fillet please, in a styro." He smiled.

As soon as he got his order, he immediately went to the way where he saw Taeyong walked away. He also heard his friends calling him but he didn't mind to look back.

Jaehyun looks like a lost puppy looking for it's owner, but there's no sign of Taeyong anywhere.

"Hey," he called a random student. "Donghyuck, right?"

Donghyuck stepped back a little, he's not scared of the older but he doesn't wanna be in trouble. "Yeah?" He answered, unsure.

"Have you seen Taeyong?" Jaehyun asked nicely. He didn't expect that he would be looking for the leader, and he's not even sure if he should really tell or not- what if he gives Taeyong hyung another trouble?

But he saw the two styro food container on Jaehyun's hands, it's probably safe. "Saw him walked inside the main building, he's probably at a vacant dance studio again—"

Poor Donghyuck, didn't even got to receive a simple thank you from the other.

Jaehyun instantly made his way to the main building, there are numerous dance studious but he concluded that Taeyong's using the non-cctv studio. And of course, he's right.

Taeyong actually didn't notice someone came in. He's dancing gracefully with an earphones instead of using the speaker. He's so focus in his dancing that he didn't even felt the younger's presence.

Jaehyun was just standing at the door, watching the older dance. He doesn't know what he must feel while looking at him, should he be amazed? Should he be insecure? Should he compliment him? He really doesn't know.

But while watching him, Jaehyun realized something. Why am I even here? Cause he'll give him food. Why am I giving him food?

He's gone crazy, talking and arguing with himself. But in the end, he settled for the answer of befriending him. What else could it be if not that?

"Oh, shit!" Taeyong cursed and stopped dancing when he saw Jaehyun's reflection on the mirror, "Why the fuck are you there?!"

Jaehyun slightly smiled, biting his lower lip and facing the floor. Taeyong suddenly remembered what Ten told him, it's a sign of shyness. Why would he be shy then?

"Are you spying on me?" Taeyong asked instead. Jaehyun was quick to lift up his head and gave the older a confused look, "Why would I spy on you?" but thanks for the idea.

The red haired guy rolled his eyes, "Who knows? You want to see my performance for this month's evaluation so you could improve yours." He assumed while crossing his arms.
