Chapter Sixteen
New rankings were already released this morning, and Jaehyun has been standing in front of the bulletin board for 30 minutes now. Only the higher ranks are displayed.
Leader : Lee Taeyong
He secretly smiled while he keeps reading that line.
He could still remember that he was afraid of this, afraid of being happy instead of being bitter. Nonetheless, he feels so great. Does he have any regrets? None.
For the past few months that Taeyong was avoiding him— whatever the reason is, maybe that's the only thing he regrets.
The more the older avoided him, his feelings only hot stronger and deeper. If he's to explain, it's probably like a thirst. He's more eager to have him instead of moving on.
Is it bad? Doesn't matter, I want him that's all.
"Hey! Jaehyun!" Jaehyun snapped out and saw Jungwoo running towards him, it's wasn't that hard to be friends with the transferee for the past week. "Sup?"
Jungwoo shrugged him first and faced the bulletin, "Oh thank God! I'm still part of the Pro." He sighed but he received a laugh from Jaehyun, "You just got into this school last week, of course you'll maintain your spot."
The other frowned at him, making Jaehyun laugh more. Jungwoo's face is just plainly funny sometimes. "You're a bad motherfucker, stop laughing will you?" Woo rolled his eyes.
"I- I don't think I can—" and he bursted out laughing again. He doesn't have that much of humor so just let him.
But Jaehyun eventually stopped laughing when he saw someone from the corner of his eyes. It was Taeyong. Jaehyun's probably mistaken but he knows he saw the older glared at him.
On the other hand, Taeyong really glared at the younger. Why else would he deny it? He's jealous. But what can he do? Who is he to Jaehyun after all?
He even avoided him for two months, the younger must've moved on. He surely likes the transferee now. He insisted.
Jaehyun just didn't mind it and bid his goodbye to Jungwoo. His first class will start in 10 minutes so he decided to go there instead— it's actually not his class, he'll just sit-in. Cause Taeyong would be there.
He sighed when he arrived at the room, he's the first one. Is it still early? Or students are just really lazy to attend first classes? He didn't mind though, he just look for a perfect seat.
Jaehyun's wearing a hoodie so he hide his hair and crouched on his desk, not minding the students coming in one by one.
He guess it's okay to sleep since he just sit-in and he won't be part of the roll call. He decided wake up 20 minutes before the class would end, so he set an alarm.
Taeyong arrived at the class a minute before the time, thank God the professor ain't there yet. He took a look around the room and saw a familiar hoodie- the black hoodie that Jaehyun usually wear.
The red haired guy didn't think twice and sat down beside the sleepy head, he didn't create a noise as much as he could.
Why the fuck did I seat here? He keeps asking himself while his heart is trying to win a race. Now he's just hoping that Jaehyun wouldn't wake up anytime soon.
The professor arrived and started teaching, but the younger is still in his deep sleep peacefully. Quite enough for Taeyong to focus on the lecture and write some notes.
"Oh, shit." He whispered when his pen's ink created a mess, his palm is now full of black ink.
"Here,"
