Enemies... or are we?

~chapter 13~

I wake up the next day sad with a stuffy nose from crying so much. I could barley breathe last night due to Draco's words. We have 3 days till holiday break, i'm excited that i don't have to go home and face my father but i hated staying at hogwarts over the winter.

I already sent a letter to my mother addressing that i had to stay at Hogwarts for "more study time" which is a complete lie because I am top of almost all my classes.

I am snapped out of my thoughts by my alarm going off for the fifth time. I get up and get changed. Ever since me and Draco became whatever we were and got into fights all the time i decided that i was just going to use the public restrooms to make sure i never have to see him.

I walk down to the great hall and Dumbledore made a speech on holiday break blah blah blah and then announced that we have two new students, james and Davina Clair. I've never really heard of them but hopefully they are nice, and in Slytherin. I don't have many friends in my house.

I see them walk through the door and holy hell James is hot and Davina is stunning. They walk up the the sorting hat and Davina goes first and the hat does it's taking on her.

"Hmm SLYTHERIN" the sorting hat yells and she seems happy i think. She comes and sits in the only place that is open, right next to me.

"I'm guessing you already know my name, what's yours?" She asks with a smile holding her hand out.

I shake her hand "Athena Goldsmith."

"Nice to meet you, you're so pretty. I love your name too!" She exclaims.

"Thank you Davina, is that your brother?" I ask her hinting towards James.

"Yes my twin brother to be exact." She says and we both turn our attention back to the sorting hat.

"SLYTHERIN" the hat yells. Not surprised. James comes over and sits next to me. Him on my right and Davina on my left.

"This is Athena." Davina says.

"Nice to meet you Athena." I blush slightly. so little no one could tell.

Classes went by super good today. I had every class with James and every but one class with Davina. Anytime i laugh i look over to see Draco mad, like super mad. Considering what he said to me last night he doesn't get to be mad.

I've gotten much closer to James over the say, Davina too. Apparently their parents are really rich so they paid for a private dorm for them too. All the private dorms are on a separate hallway. Me and Draco's dorms and now Davina and James's dorms. She offered to have a sleepover with me so of course I said yes and that we can have it in my dorm.

super short chapter, i wanted to update today to get the new characters in and get the plot moving, i just had writers block.

I have a few questions:

1: Louis (aka james) is used a lot in draco fan fics so should i change it to someone else? if so who should it be?

2: Is the story going to slow/too fast.

3: any plot ideas?
